Requirements

Education

• Bachelor/Honors, Masters

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field from reputed universities

Experience

• At least 10 years

Responsibilities & Context

• The production Manager will responsible for the manufacturing operations of the plant and to lead employees and continually improving the production processes while meeting or exceeding Key Indicators and Customer expectations.
• Develop, lead, and analysis the projects, specifications, and outcomes to meet Company goals.
• Responsible for preparing production plan and execute accordingly along with Quality Control, implementing & monitoring of ISO/Quality systems of plant.
• Oversees the processing of production work orders in accordance with established standard operating procedures to meet company objectives.
• Responsible for solving production problems in consultation with factory management.
• Responsible for training and testing processes for all new and existing employees.
