• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of garment production processes and quality control.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in production planning and inventory management.
• Good communication and team management skills.

Responsibilities & Context

• Responsible for daily target & quality.
• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to meet delivery deadlines.
• Responsible for Floor administrations & compliance issue.
• Responsible for Cost control & Methods improvements
• Must have knowledge online balancing, Bottle neck & QCO (Quick change over).
• Must have knowledge on Wash Bottom & Outerwear
• Must be responsible to follow up QMS & Company SOP.
• Should have good communications skill.
• Supervise and coordinate with different departments, including cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality control.
• Responsible to maintain Allocated machines & optimum utilizations.
• Train and motivate the production team for continuous improvement.
