Experienced in woven jacket production or similar apparel manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, production planning, and quality management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with international buyers and compliance standards.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Emailing.

Oversee and manage the entire production process to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor daily production progress and adjust plans as needed.
Implement production plans and optimize efficiency in the woven jacket unit.
Maintain high-quality standards and minimize defects and rework.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising and supply chain.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and labor regulations.Lead, train, and motivate production staff to improve performance.
Control production costs while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Ensure efficient utilization of machinery, workforce, and materials.
Optimize resource allocation to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
Implement lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
Work with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and breakdowns.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
Enforce safety protocols and factory hygiene standards.Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
