Responsibilities & Context

• Analyze new styles for construction feasibility and suggest improvements, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Interpret tech packs, trims, and fabric specs for production-friendly techniques.
• Manage end-to-end sample development process including fit, proto, size set, PP, and salesman samples.
• Monitoring sample & pilot production and providing technical guidance to sewing operators, line staff, and pilot runs. Monitor fitting, measurement, and construction quality to ensure alignment with buyer standards.
• Rectify issues in stitching, construction, or finishing during the sample process.
• Lead pre-production meetings and ensure technological readiness before bulk productions.
• Work closely with IE and QA teams to identify and eliminate technical bottlenecks and introduce and develop new techniques to ensure continuous improvement.
• Manage end-to-end sample development process including fit, proto, size set, PP, and salesman samples.
