Responsibilities & Context
- Monitor and direct movements towards fabric department to meet daily production target in sewing section.
- Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment trough balancing of skilled workers.
- Ensure the production capacity, quality and timing as per buyer’s requirements.
- Monitor smooth operations from fabric to shipment.
- Set the sewing layout as per SMV and effort to increase production efficiency.
- Communicate and follow up with cross functional departments.
- Able to understand technical file, PP comments and implementations in work place.
- Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind wastage like rejection, alteration, and high efficiency.
- Monitor and ensure minimum DHU, migration and production faults.
- Ensure proper training programs to increase efficiency of the workers and minimize unexpected absenteeism.
- Maintain relation and follow up with cross functional departments.
