- Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Coordinating with supervisors, IE, Technicians, and Production Executives & Quality Executive for production;
- Following hourly production with supervisors & executives;
- Coordinating with line managers of finishing department;
- Have to take 100% responsibility for cut to ship & cut to stitch;
- Maintaining line discipline;
- Tracking and monitoring daily target achievement;
- Report to production head on its daily production status;
- Strong production leadership with problems solving skills;
- Any other task assign by the management.
