Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager for the Production Department at Woven Shirt Factory.

Job Location will be Salna, Gazipur.

• Supervising and motivating a team of floor supervisors and workers.
• Overseeing the production process in the assigned area.
• Maintain the production schedule in strict compliance with the schedule.
• Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Ensure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
• Responsible for the quality standards in the process.
• Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs as and when needed.
• Coordinating with different departments, as and when needed.
• Work as a team to implement the company’s policies and goals.
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed in the workplace.
• Review the performance of subordinates and report accordingly.
• Identifying training needs and suggesting training.
• Ensure that the maintenance of equipment is done as per the plan.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
