Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a Production Manager ( Chocolate Manufacturing) who has a proved track in FMG and will be responsible for the followings:

• Preparing and formulating chocolate recipes

• Preparing monthly and yearly production plan according to management demand

• Scheduling and planning of production according to market demand

• Inspecting quality of raw materials , packing materials, flavors and other chemicals

• Monitoring of production and packing section

• Managing costing of production cost.

• Following up finished product quality
