Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare manpower planning for daily production.
- Prepare production plan and schedule based on demand
- Regular follow-up duty rosters.
- Implement SOP and all necessary documentations in each operational division.
- Production quality checking and delivery management.
- Ensure smooth and quality production in the feed mill.
- Ensure smooth delivery of feeds.
- Any other duties to be assigned from the management time to time
