Responsibilities & Context

Job Context: One Direction Companies Limited is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Process Engineer – Textile to oversee and optimize production processes for high-quality textile products and materials (cloth). The ideal candidate will focus on ensuring efficiency, quality and adherence to standards in all stages of production.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and optimize the production processes to ensure high-quality textile outputs.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for process improvement.
• Develop and implement production workflows, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality compliance.
• Collaborate with design, quality assurance, and procurement teams to align production with company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production processes and equipment.
• Ensure the efficient use of resources, minimizing waste and improving productivity.
• Supervise and train production staff to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Stay updated with advancements in textile production technology and methods.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, sustainability practices, and company policies.
