Responsibilities & Context

• Have full production knowledge regarding furniture production and others related works.

• Manage and Follow-up the entire factory operation ensures the operator in Factory.

• Develop and execute monthly production plans in collaboration with the Factory Manager to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

• Provide clear direction, encouragement & Motivate work-force for maximum production output.

• Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity.

• Recruit competent technicians and workers according to production demand.

• Communicate with Logistics for in-time delivery.

• Considering lead time carryout regular Order placement of production materials and ensure receival of required material for uninterrupted production output.

• Generate daily production report according to machine production capacity and worker efficiency analysis.

• Communicate with Logistics for in-time delivery.

• Reduce inventory overhead.

• Present weekly performance report to Head Office.

• Maintain Proper Documentation for each work.

• Any other tasks as relevant with this role and assigned by Top Management.
