Job Responsibilities

Ensure machines are running according to the given program in order to achieve maximum production in every shift.
Ensure machine wise production target is met in every shift
Ensure all quality parameters of the products are monitored properly as guided by the production in-charge and take remedial action if deviates.
Reducing production wastage as per company given targets.
Waste control (Man, material, machine, time & cost).
Lead and supervise production teams during the assigned shift & continuing floor and machine visit for production & product quality monitoring.
Lead to do production according to sales order with approved raw material consumption and flow for execution of production plan and ensuring on-time delivery.
Oversee machine cleaning, preventive and schedule regular maintenance.
To take prompt and immediate resolution of issues arising on the production floor of the in-charge section and to regularly communicate with the authorities to inform and resolve issues that may disrupt production operations
