- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Packaging Industry, Garments Accessories

Responsibilities & Context
- Overall production floor supervision & ensure production quality.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor production processes during the assigned shift.
- Ensure production schedules are met as per daily/weekly targets.
- Monitor machine operation, material usage, and minimize wastage.
- Ensure continuous production flow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain production records, defect reports, and downtime logs.
- Ensure discipline, attendance, and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct shift handover and communicate key updates to next shift in-charge.
- Report shift performance, production output, and issues to the Production Manager.
- Coordinate with maintenance for machine breakdowns or preventive maintenance.
- Any other job assign by the PM.
