We are looking for some Production Officers for the factory in “Future Production Leader Program” who are really talented, enthusiastic and eager to develop themselves as a successful production leader. The appointed officers will be trained as efficient production leaders with international standard training with attractive benefits.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Must have Leadership quality to handle the staff/workers.
• Must have on basic IE tools and techniques in RMG industry.
• Must be proficient in managing a production block/line from sewing to shipment (Sewing, Quality, Finishing)
• •Must have all types of knit items (T-shirt, Polo shirt, Jacket, Pants, Trouser etc.) production management skills and ability to create layout.
• Must have the ability to produce quality garments while maintaining good relations with workers and achieve targets.
• Ability to promptly solve quality, machine related and various other issues during production
• Must be proficient in production planning and shipment closing
• Must have good knowledge of all types of finishing processes
• Must have thorough knowledge of all compliance related matters
• Must have knowledge on ERP system.
