ABC License/Electrical Supervisor License holder will get preference.

Experience

3 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Chemical Industries

Additional Requirements

The position will ensure production target, smooth operation, ensure good quality, control wastage & machine maintenance.
Ensure end to end smooth line operations at site. Ensure manpower setup as per layout and monitor the operations.
Maintain proper communication with internal stakeholder for ensuring packing materials as per packing schedule.
Maintain 5S as per standard & ensure cleaning of all area of production floor.
Perform all activities to adhere ISO 9001:2015 and FSSC 22000 standard.
Keep records of daily consumption for RM & PM and prepare production report at the end of each shift.
Maintain and record information in shift handover register and production register.
Ensure QEHS (Quality Environment Health and Safety) at site.
Perform online quality check in several times in a shift and ensure zero leakage in quality session.
Perform trouble shooting of all machines during shift.
Ensure optimum efficiency of all machines.
Proper maintenance of machine as per assignment and maintain logbook for that.
