Has to have good contact in food industry so that good people can be recruited.
Has to have full knowledge on costing and recipe of products like- bakery items, cakes, sweets and dry sweets.
Responsibilities & Context
Plan production and manage manpower according to production demand and raw material availability.
Oversee data entry of inventory, raw material, machine capacity utilization records, process-wise data, etc., in the company’s ERP for better resource and machine management.
Follow-up materials inventory to ensure on time input in production.
It should be ensured that the production is cost effective.
Monitoring product quality.
Communicate between different departments of the factory as needed.

Accommodation and food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) will be provided instead of food allowance and accommodation facilities will be given.
Salary Package:
Food Allowance: 4,000 BDT
Accommodation Allowance: 2,000 BDT
Daily Allowance: 2,400 BDT (Monthly)
Basic Salary: Negotiable.
