Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

Candidate has to be thorough about Garments Accessories & Trims. The individual should have knowledge about Printing and Packaging production, raw materials costing & sourcing, reporting monthly sales and controlling team members with professionalism.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise Printing (Press) & Packaging (Shoe Box, Master Carton) Production while minimizing costs and maintaining quality standards.
• Practical & Adequate knowledge in the costing and production of: Photo Card, Hang Tag, Price Tag, Carton, Back Board, Shoe Box.
• Plan and coordinate production processes on daily basis to produce high quality products.
• Follow Up Printing, Lamination, Slitting, Pouch and Film Making for Maximum Quality Production.
• Reduce wastage, cost, and expenses to maximize profit.·         Supervise employee in every step of product manufacturing to ensure quality & Safety.
• Must be a hard worker and should have the ability to work under pressure.
• Confirm the quality of raw materials and accessories before production.
• Ensure product quality checking by processing quality control.
• Maintain records and deliver daily/monthly production report to concerned supervisor.
• Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.
