Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:

Content Development: Collaborate with producers to brainstorm ideas, research topics, and outline episodes aligned with the podcast’s goals and target audience.

Pre-Production Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews, preparing scripts, and coordinating recording sessions.

Production Support: Aid in shooting and editing content using industry-standard tools, ensuring high-quality Production.

Guest Management: Communicate with podcast guests to provide briefing materials, confirm schedules, and coordinate logistics.

Post-Production Tasks: Assist in editing, mixing, and mastering podcast episodes, including adding music, sound effects, Graphics and other creative elements.

Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials such as social media posts, audiograms, and episode summaries.

Audience Engagement: Monitor audience feedback, analytics, and trends to suggest content improvements on social media & others digital platforms.

Administrative Support: Maintain production schedules, track deadlines, and ensure all materials are organized and archived properly.
