Requirements

Education

• Master of Physiotherapy (MPT), Master of Education (M.Ed), Masters

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Certified/licensed counselor (preferred).
• Teaching certification (preferred).

Experience

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Responsibilities & Context

Position Summary: The successful candidate will play a dual role in the academic and emotional development of students and staffs. As a Professional Counselor, you will support students/staffs’ mental health, emotional wellness, and personal growth. As a Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons and contribute to the academic excellence of the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Counselor:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students.
• Address academic, emotional, social, and behavioral issues.
• Develop and implement mental health and wellness programs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to support student needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate records of counseling sessions.

As a Teacher:

• Deliver high-quality lessons.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school activities.
