Requirements

Education

• Master of Social Science (MSS)

• Masters in any Social Science discipline.

Additional Requirements

• At least four years in conduct of training, project monitoring and evaluation, report writing (for donor and NGO Affairs Bureau), team management, communication, etc.
• Readiness to travel extensively in the project locations throughout the country.
• Excellent language and communication skills (English and Bangla).
• Team building and human resource management skills.
• Computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
• Skills in writing project proposal.

Responsibilities & Context

Program and resource officer willing to take challenge in the field of human rights with specific attention to the marginalized and excluded groups in Bangladesh under a 36-month project.

Job location: Dhaka but will be required to travel extensively in the project locations throughout the country.

Job Description/Responsibility:

• Organize trainings, workshops, consultations, conventions and dialogues.
• Closely monitor works of research and investigation teams and assist them where required.
• Develop dissemination and communication strategies (physical and online).
• Disseminate knowledge resources among the targets.
• Monitor implementation of project activities.
• Prepare reports for donors and NGO Affairs Bureau.
• Work closely with the programme director to make sure project activities are implemented in time.
