Bangladesh Labour Foundation (BLF) is a non-government; non-profit; non-partisan organization represents the interest of the working people in Bangladesh. BLF works for the welfare of workers, working people, professionals, women, children, employee and families by undertaking various programs and projects. We share a common determination to organize, to defend human rights and labour standards in Bangladesh, and to promote the growth of workers organization for the benefit of all working men and women and their families.

BLF is inviting applications from 5 (Five) young, energetic, and dynamic individuals for the position of Program Intern at its Head Office in Dhaka. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to begin their careers in the development sector. BLF encourages freshers to grow professionally by gaining hands-on experience in program planning, coordination, and implementation. Interns will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful development initiatives while building a strong foundation for a future in nonprofit and social impact work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing and coordinating program activities and events
• Support data collection, documentation, and reporting
• Contribute to research and content development
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the program team
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and partners as needed
