  • Master’s/graduate degree in Agriculture, Social Science or relevant subject. Advance training and solid experience on skills development, income generation activities, women empowerment, and market system improvement are pre-requisite for the position.

Experience:

Highly experienced and qualified professional with over 5 years of proven career in food security, livelihoods, skills development, and women empowerment related projects. A strong track record of success in designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating projects that have made a significant positive impact on the lives of marginalized communities. Key Experiences desired:

  • Extensive experience working in FSL, women empowerment program in INGOs
  • Proven ability to manage, implement, and monitor complex projects
  • High-level of technical expertise in agriculture technology, skills development, income generation activities, women empowerment, and market system improvement
  • Strong understanding of mainstreaming DRR and environment friendly approaches
  • Experience in participative planning, surveys, and assessments
  • Experience working in sector and working groups’ level coordination mechanisms.

  • Good analytical and presentation skills
  • Have ability to set objectives in changing context to reach organization’s goal

  • The Project Manager will be overall responsible implementation of the GIZ-SHADE Gender Sensitive Livelihood intervention 2023-2025 / Cox’s Bazar, Teknaf . Support to the project team, planning, organizing, monitoring & supervision of the project activities and provide necessary technical support and guidance for efficient and timely implementation of the project.
