Education

Masters degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Management, Anthropology or related discipline from any recognized university/ institution.

Additional Requirements

Skill in program report development independently and other reports writing in English and Bangla,
Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills,
High level of integrity and sense of maintaining confidentiality,
Have time management, multitasking & communication skills,
Have adaptability, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.

Represent sponsored students as a mentor, organize regular meetings, record academic progress of sponsored students and report all relevant matters
Assess students of their academic status, organize coaching sessions for them and report
Monitor activities of all sponsored students using the Data Base system
Familiarize all donor details and respond to queries as and when required
Carry out all routine activities including attending medical sessions, nutrition sessions, home visits and any other activities which involve field office work.
Taking an active role in extra curricula activities
Contribute to all project activities as in IT and Disability Support Centre
Familiarize with reporting systems including monthly updates
Work as a team member and contribute as a replacement-staff When needed
Prepare to engage in any task and in flexible working hours as deployed by the reporting person.
