• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Child health/Maternal health program or Pharmaceuticals product sales
• 4 years working experiences in Child Health/ Maternal Health program or Pharmaceuticals product sales.
• Ability to drive motor cycle and having a valid driving license is mandatory for this position.
• Excellent communication skill both in Bangla and English.
• Excellent Inter Personal Communication (IPC) skills, Good facilitation and Presentation skill.
• Excellent Product detailing, counseling and Program documentation skills.
• Experiences to design and develop network of the private health professionals.
• Experiences to work with private sector will be highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant IT packages.

The company seeks a talented and aspiring candidate who would join our team and meaningfully contribute to the efforts to reach the organization goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• The incumbents will be responsible for field level implementation and monitoring of SMC’s Network of private sector Health Providers.

• They will implement field level activities of Rose Star program through private sector non-graduate and graduate service providers.

• They will also coordinate other field level program activities and collaborative programs with the partners.

• They will be actively involved in the selection process of the new service providers for the Rose Star network and ensuring the backup supply of Program Products.

• They will also be involved in organizing training sessions and ensuring their required logistics.
