Requirements
Education
- Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a track record of consistent academic excellence. A high level of proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) is mandatory. The ability to use software (Excel, Stata, R, Python, EViews, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) for statistical and econometric analysis is essential.
Responsibilities & Context
CPD is now accepting applications from motivated researchers ready to explore frontier issues in economics. Ideal candidates should have good knowledge of microeconomics, macroeconomics, and econometrics, with a keen interest in areas like labour economics, environmental economics, financial economics, international economics, economic development, and macroeconomic policy. Compensation & Other Benefits
Successful candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary starting from Taka 35,000 per month. The actual compensation package will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
