The role:

The Programme Coordinator (PC) is responsible for overseeing project implementation, including financial management, compliance, and effective coordination with thematic leads. The role promotes safe programming in collaboration with sector leads, advisors, and managers. The PC is also accountable for ensuring that community participation informs programme decisions, fostering a strong partnership approach and adhering to feminist principles, with a focus on understanding and addressing power dynamics.

Salary & Benefits: as per Oxfam National C2 pay band, starting annual salary for this role is BDT2,104,742.00 (13 months) with other benefits e.g., medical for self, spouse and children, contributory provident fund, gratuity, leave, life insurance, mobile allowance, and other admissible benefits as per the organizational policy. For highly competent & experienced candidates the salary can be negotiable.
