Responsibilities & Context

Responsible for:

  • To assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual work, narrative & analytical reports, and budgets for the projects.
  • Report writing and documentation with the help of a supervisor.
  • Maintain an integrated and standardized reporting format by keeping them complete, up-to-date, and secure.
  • Identify and evaluate the risks associated with program activities and take appropriate steps under the supervision of reportable Senior.
  • Organize meetings, seminars, and workshops through the help of the supervisor.
  • Prepare & organize monthly expenditures as per budget & according to operation plan.
  • To look after the administrative issues and & maintain logistic supply, and buffer stock from the head office.
  • To Prepare Purchase Requisition (according to requirement), ensure delivery to field level, and keep a record of the project documents.
  • Ensure smooth flow of logistics and other support from HO to the field.
  • To monitor the progress of the program at the field level, manage risks, and prepare plans.

Activities:

  • Checking on the program and performing daily management activity
  • Ensure program goals and objectives remain aligned with the overall strategic objective of Friendship
  • Understand the concept, strategy, and perception of the entire project.
  • Ensure all project-related outcomes, outputs, and results are achieved.
  • Maintain liaison with all stakeholders including government, national, international, and UN bodies by actively participating in different workshops, training, meetings, etc.
  • To be aware of existing, new, modified, and updated policies at Cox Bazar.
  • Identifying a strategic position for achieving the goal.
  • Constantly monitoring the performance of Friendship Facilities.
  • Secure financial and non-financial resources.

Skill and Competencies:

Educational:

  • Must have the M.B.B.S degree and MPH or degree in public health will be an added benefit.
  • To resolve problems to keep the program on track with the help & direction of the Team Leader.
  • Support program staff by providing direction, input, and feedback.
  • To keep regular liaison with other sectors of Friendship
  • Ensure smooth flow of information from HO to field and vice versa; take initiatives to minimize communication gaps between HO and field
  • To undertake any other assignment assigned by the Friendship Management
