Responsibilities & Context
Position Overview:
SERA Bangladesh is seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme Officer to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring projects aligned with our mission. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for sustainable development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support program management, execution, and coordination across teams and stakeholders.
- Contribute to project planning, set objectives, and track progress against milestones and deliverables.
- Maintain comprehensive program documentation, prepare reports, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
- Assist in budget tracking, expense control, and resource allocation.
- Foster collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and partners, and coordinate program-related events.
- Provide administrative support including meeting coordination, communication, and contract management.
- Other duties assigned by the Management.
