Responsibilities & Context

• Open schools/centers by following the provided circulars and guidelines to ensure compliance and timely operations.
• Supervise schools/centers using an action plan and proper checklists to maintain quality standards.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper utilization of teaching-learning materials to facilitate smooth program operations.
• Implement various pedagogical approaches and new interventions to enhance the quality of education and services.
• Develop the capacity of teachers and other stakeholders through targeted training and support initiatives.
• Prepare reports, analyze data, and maintain proper documentation to identify areas for improvement and take necessary actions.
• Execute official communications such as programme guidelines, meeting minutes, and circulars/memorandums to ensure compliance with programme requirements.
• Liaise effectively with the community, parents, government bodies, NGOs, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth programme implementation.
• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.
• Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
