Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee the planning and execution of civil engineering tasks at the factory.
- Factory space and roadmap design
- Act as the key interface coordinator to ensure clear and effective communication between management and subcontractors.
- Oversee day-to-day construction at the factory regarding office floor planning and supervise workers to ensure adherence to construction specifications.
- Ensure proper utilization of labor and equipment.
- Create 2D and 3D designs using MS Project, AutoCAD, and other engineering design or planning software.
- Address technical issues, project delays and unforeseen challenges by developing solutions in collaboration with other engineers and contractors.
- Evaluate changes in design or scope and make necessary adjustments during execution, in consultation with the management team
