Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct training sessions for sales channels on product features, sales techniques, and operational guidelines.
- Perform regular market visits to ensure proper product distribution and address any on-ground challenges.
- Maintain consistent communication with sales channels through physical visits and phone calls to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Assist in planning and executing countrywide distribution strategies.
- Coordinate with government and private organizations to manage general supplies, renovation and solar projects.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting for all assigned projects and activities.
- Support the team in achieving targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
