Responsibilities & Context

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Organizing, attending, and participating in meetings.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Generate Project Master Plan & Monthly Work Plan.
• Identify and establish Contact, maintain and develop a good relationship with the client.
• Responsible for managing client relationships.
• Regular follow-up to the clients.
• Compiling project reports and analysis Reporting to the project Director and management.
• Any other relevant official work.
