Responsibilities & Context

  •  Effective project coordination, monitoring, and control functions of all projects of Shanta Holdings Limited.
  •  Assist section head to prepare project management plan, which identifies and sequences the activities along with a timeline (Project Schedule).
  •   Regular follow up of all projects and make sure tracking of activities of all projects, so that the works are being completed well in time. In case of any unavoidable circumstances, if the project is likely to be delayed, finding out root causes of delay and inform it to CPMO/Section head, well in time.
  •  Assist section head to manage and organize project coordination meetings with project stakeholders; track and monitor project progress and circulate minutes of meeting (MOM).
  •  Prepare monthly Project Progress Report (PPR), Delay Documentation Report (DDR) and Change Request Forms of all projects and share to project stakeholders.
  •  Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the consultants, architects, suppliers, contractor or any appropriate individual, department, or company, to maintain project timeline and prevent delay.
  • Assist section head to prepare and circulate of different SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), circulars, formats, etc. for project operation department’s internal controls including document archiving.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget, proactively addressing any obstacles that may arise.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance project coordination processes, methodologies, and tools, seeking opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
  •  Carry out any other jobs, as assigned by management.
