Additional Requirements

Proven experience in developing and implementing of Autogas/Filling stations project.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Understanding of Autogas/Filling station operations, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with management and other stakeholders.
Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
The position is based in Dhaka but able to work around the country as required.

Develop and implement project plans, preparing budget and ensuring projects are completed on time, within the budget with required quality & standards.
Finding the potential/suitable land or site and other relevant resources particularly for an Autogas filling station or any relevant projects.
Work closely with the management, inter-department, other stakeholders, vendors, contractors and suppliers to ensure that the required requirements and works are done in due time·
Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and drive operational efficiency·
Regularly review project progress, conduct site inspections, and prepare progress reports for senior management.·
Manage and control the project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met within the budget.·
Ensure the project comply with relevant safety regulations and standards.
