Advance knowledge about graphics design (Logo, Banner, Name plate etc.).
Communication with management team and local committee, project coordination, team work and prepare final report.
At least 3 years in any national or international NGOs.

Responsibilities:

Selection and finalize project photos, videos and send report to the donors such as Tube wells, Wazukhana, Mosque, Madrasa, Poor house etc.
Visit different projects and prepare report to the chairman and donors.
Prepare project bill and check voucher.
Ensure that project planning, monitoring, and implementation processes.
Prepare reports incorporating data, documents, and case studies related to field activities.
Prepare short documentary about final report and represent to the chairman and donors.
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the organization to facilitate other project operations.
Manage schedules and deadlines of project completion.
Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space in collaboration with Corporate People & construction team.
Ensure that all project tasks, such as data entry, filing, banner and correspondence, are completed accurately and efficiently.
