• Diploma in Civil, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

Experience

• 10 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Real Estate

Responsibilities & Context

1. Able to do estimate and make requisition of material as per design.

2. Able to follow up all sub contractor’s work according to the design and specification.

3. Able to follow up finishing work as per design/brochure.

4. To assist renovation works (as and when required at site)

5. Checking contractor’s bill.

6. Visit sites with clients upon requirement

7. Able to interpret drawings and implement those at the site accordingly.

8. Check & confirm safety & security during site work.

9. Maintain & control sequential site work regularly.

10. Check the quality of materials & workmanship during site work.

11. Ensuring proper utilization of capital goods, machinery etc.

12. To provide materials requisition, to receive materials as per requirement, to check stock & materials quality properly as per agreed specification.

13. To maintain a workbook & keep all vendors’ actual work measurement.

14. To provide daily progress reports as per plan & email communication.
