Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible for planning and execute all project management and construction management activities of assigned project.
- Prepare comprehensive project plan encompassing work schedule, manpower allocation, equipment and materials requirements prior to commencing the project works.
- Plan, execute and ensure construction project safety.
- Meeting with authority and discuss work & design.
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
- Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
- Ensuring that health and safety issues of the staff.
- To supervise and execute the construction of building projects, including Pile, Basement, Superstructure, Sanitary and Plumbing and total finishing works of the project as per drawing.
- Co-ordination with the entire department that is involved in the project.
- Ensuring quality of Construction Materials.
- Preparation of Cost Estimates of total Projects.
- Experience on interior work
- Experience on Highrise building.
