Additional Requirements

Responsible for planning and execute all project management and construction management activities of assigned project.
Prepare comprehensive project plan encompassing work schedule, manpower allocation, equipment and materials requirements prior to commencing the project works.
Plan, execute and ensure construction project safety.
Meeting with authority and discuss work & design.
Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
Ensuring that health and safety issues of the staff.
To supervise and execute the construction of building projects, including Pile, Basement, Superstructure, Sanitary and Plumbing and total finishing works of the project as per drawing.
Co-ordination with the entire department that is involved in the project.
Ensuring quality of Construction Materials.
Preparation of Cost Estimates of total Projects.
Experience on interior work
Experience on Highrise building.
