Responsibilities & Context

• Prepare and maintain project development schedule as per Management instruction.
• Proper implementation of master plan to the project considering practical situation.
• Prepare, review and ensure the accuracy of site plans, blueprints and technical drawing.
• Provide input on land grading, drainage, roadways, utilities and other infrastructure.
• Prepare all construction material budget and costing.
• Ensure all designs and constructions comply with local zoning laws, environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors and site teams to ensure adherence to quality and safety standard.
