Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed institution.

Additional Requirements

Proficient in Auto CAD, Civil 3D, ETABS, MS Office and Project Management Software.

Supervise all civil works at the site according to the project schedule.
Prepare and implement detailed project plans.
To look after overall Project development activities, monitoring & controlling contractor.
Checking the bill of contractor.
Preparing the work done bill and send to client office.
Research and provide accurate cost estimates for the project.
Submit a periodical work progress report on construction work to the management.
Ensure project construction work is carried out in accordance with the drawing, design, and work schedule.
Planning, scheduling, monitoring, and supervising day-to-day construction work at the project.
Estimate the accurate quantity of construction materials as per drawing, design & raise requisition for procurement.
Ensure materials and equipment are delivered to the site as per specification and safely handled and stored.
Monitor and enhance safety measures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.
Others duty will be assigned by the Management.
