Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience

Gas, Filling Station, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

Additional Requirements

At least 10 years (for B.Sc. Engineers)

At Least 15 years (for Diploma Engineers

10-15 years working experience in building construction ,Hotel Construction, Real Estate Business, Real Estate Development .

Responsibilities & Context

Context & Responsibilities :
Experience to work with Rajuk, CoxDA, CDA, COCC etc Authorizes.
Knowledge on BNBC and other Building Code and regulations.
Experienced should be on three/more basement Foundation- high rise building.
Strong knowledge on shutter re sizing works.
To place the material requisition as per drawing & design and verify the quality goods based or specification.
To oversee the Construction work of his assigned Project (s) in day to day basis.
Project planning, BOQ, costing, estimating & bill checking, supervise & monitoring for professional feedback.
Supervision and monitoring of overall construction work at project and ensure progress as per design and drawing.
To follow the Construction schedule & provide daily Progress report upon daily activities.
Prepare the monthly materials requirement status and Co-ordinate with the department of Procurement to ensure on time delivery of necessary materials.
Ensure quality of workmanship at site.
Ensure proper inventory of building and construction of the site.
Prepare Contractor/sub-contractor bill on basis of physical work done.
Ensure the quality and quantity for all types of structural and finishing materials.
To ensure the implementation of different Code of Conduct & safety measures.
Excellent communication skills with strong sense of responsibilities.
To ensure the total construction within approved budget prepare progress report and work program of the project.
Sound knowledge on full Fare Face Building is an advantage.
Any others task assigned by management
