Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 40 years

• At least 10/15 years serving as a project engineer (construction) for any real estate development company.
• The candidate should have mandatory experience with at least 5 (five) buildings of 9/10 floors, from inspection, construction supervision especially high quality finishing work and quality control and lookafter till the hand over process.

Responsibilities & Context

• Able to interpret drawings (Structural, Architectural, Plumbing, Electrical etc.) and implement those at site accordingly.
• Able to create work program and implement them at site.
• Able to supervise rebar binding and form work before pouring concrete all the type of RCC work as per the drawing etc.
• Able to supervise all type of finishing jobs with high quality finish.
• Able to guide subcontractor with daily work program.
• Able to supervise and solve problems in consultation with project in-Charge / GM Construction.
• Check & confirm safety & security during site work.
• Maintain & control sequential site work regularly.
• Check quality of materials & workmanship during site work.
• Execute project modification work as per drawing from concerned Consultant.
• Able to work under pressure with positive attitude.
