Responsibilities & Context

Job Context: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our renowned team. The selected candidate will oversee construction projects, ensure quality, and meet deadlines while utilizing their technical and management expertise. A strong ability to communicate effectively, manage resources, and solve problems is essential.

Educational Qualification: B.Sc. / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputed university / Institute.

Experience Requirement: Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, including project planning, execution, and supervision.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan, design, and supervise construction projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, safety standards, and quality control.

2. Prepare, review, and modify engineering designs, blueprints, and technical drawings using AutoCAD.

3. Conduct project site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with plans, and address challenges.

4. Prepare project budgets, schedules, and reports, ensuring timely delivery within allocated resources.

5. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

6. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards at all project stages.

7. Manage construction documentation and maintain accurate project records.

8. Conduct technical analyses and provide actionable recommendations for improving efficiency and quality.

Additional Requirements:

• Computer Proficiency: Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).o Typing skills in both English and Bangla.
• Language Skills: Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Analytical and critical-thinking skills to solve on-site issues and improve processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic work environment.
• Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.

Employment Status: Full-Time

Salary: 20,000 – 35,000 (Negotiable) based on experience and qualifications).
