Additional Requirements

The incumbent shall be responsible for all Civil Engineering works and construction works of the project.
Schedule own workload to achieve delivery targets.
Checking materials and work in progress with the specified requirements.
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor and providing RAW materials requisition to supply chain through proper channel.
Bill checking, estimation & wastage control.
Brief Knowledge on all types of finishing works.
Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
Ensuring technical documentation and procedural documentation are kept up to date.
To be accountable for the successful completion of project.
To review progress of projects at various stages and give guidance to concerned staffs for completion of the project in a time bound manner.
