Additional Requirements
- At least 6/8 years serving as a project engineer (construction) for any eco resort company.
- Applicants should have experience in landscaping work.
- Able to interpret drawings (Structural, Architectural, Plumbing, Electrical etc.) and implement those at site accordingly.
- Able to create work program and implement them at site.
- Able to supervise rebar binding and form work before pouring concrete all the type of RCC work as per the drawing etc.
- Able to supervise all type of finishing jobs with high quality finish.
- Able to guide subcontractor with daily work program.
- Able to supervise and solve problems in consultation with project in-Charge / GM Construction.
- Able to work under pressure with positive attitude.
Responsibilities & Context
- Check & confirm safety & security during site work.
- Maintain & control sequential site work regularly.
- Check quality of materials & workmanship during site work.
- Execute project modification work as per drawing from concerned Consultant
