Responsibilities & Context
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Bills of Contractors.
- Estimation, Costing of works.
- Maintain Measurement Book at construction sites and timely execution of projects.
- Supervise site staff & workers and coordinate between office and site.
- Check and ensure that the work is carried out as per design and drawing and as per the schedule.
- Coordination with other department for effective implementation of projects on schedule time.
- Preparation and implementation of project schedule as per targets set by the Management.
- Handling the Contractor’s workers & supervisors.
- Preparing MRF (Material Requisition Form).
- Preparing and implementing Site Implementation Plan (SIP).
- Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule.
- Coordinate & communicate with Land owner & Buyer.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
