Education
- Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering, Architecture
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Architecture
- Diploma/Bachelor in Civil Engineering / Architecture /Construction Engineering or related field
Experience
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO, Multinational Companies, Hospital, Clinic
Additional Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction, renovation, or infrastructure projects
- Experience in healthcare facility or clinic projects will be an added advantage

- Assist in Project Planning & Design
- Assist in Project Execution & Site Management
- Ensure Contractor, Vendor & Workforce Management
- Assist in Budgeting, Cost Control, Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Assist in Timeline Management, Risk Assessment & Safety
- Ensure proper documentation & reporting
