Experience Requirements: Minimum 15 years of experience in similar types of projects.
Proficient in Auto CAD and MS Office.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in civil engineering design software (e.g., Auto CAD Civil 3D, ETABS, Autodesk, Micro Station and project management software).
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with precision in calculations and design.
Excellent time management and leadership skills.
Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities & Context

Plans, organizes, reviews and supervises the work. Maintain effective communication with projects and departments.
Supervises inspection of Building construction and maintenance projects to insure compliance with the govt. policies, ordinances, regulations and statutes.
Oversees preservation of complete and accurate records of all expenditures for all divisions.
Develops and adopts department policies and procedures and participates in establishing work methods and standard operating procedures.
Review the contractor’s work programmers, resource, schedule and project implementation plans and ensure that the contractors/site supervisors comply with their work plans and complete the work within the specified time frame.
Assess and evaluate the contractor’s performance and resources.
Conduct feasibility assessments and site inspections.
Prepare and implement detailed project plans.
Research and provide accurate cost estimates for the project.
Monitor and enhance safety measures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.
Present recommendations and alternative solutions to emerging issues.
Confidently liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Perform project management duties including budgeting, resource management, and quote compilation.
Supervise all civil works at the site according to the project schedule.
Ensure timely and uninterrupted supply of construction materials.
Create daily/weekly/monthly work schedules and requisitions; ensure progress aligns with the work plan and Gantt chart.
Monitor and maintain site measurement books, checklists, and formats regularly.
Ensure random presence during key supervision-worthy construction phases.
Oversee, track, and document all tests and inspections of materials and equipment.
Prepare and submit all reports on time.
