Responsibilities & Context
- Reviewing contractors drawings and installation method statements to ensure they comply with the MEP design plan.
- Ensuring there are minimal problems from the design to the delivery stage Fire Protection & Detection works and Electrical works.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders; as required.
- Validate design issues and suggest alternative solutions to aid in corrective works for all Civil Engineering issues.
- Provide oversight for the installation and commissioning of MEP works.
- Knowledge of applicable codes related to electronic engineering.
- Overseeing installation, Testing & Commissioning of related machines/equipment/devices and keeping proper test record.
- Check and certify of bills related with MEP works.
- Resolving coordination issues and design modifications to suit specific on-site construction requirements.
- Overseeing” Quality Control” system and coordinating with all required departments to ensure their proper application to project.
- Manage Contractors to execute the job within stipulated time frame.
- Daily, weekly and monthly progress reporting against project plan.
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
