Education

B.Sc/ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or related field from any reputed Government Institute. Certified HVAC Professional is preferred.

Experience

5 to 7 years

Additional Requirements

Review and ensure comprehensive HVAC system designs that meet the specific needs and requirements of a 5-star hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
Review and ensure load calculations to determine the appropriate equipment sizes and capacities.
Select and specify HVAC equipment, including chillers, boilers, air handlers, and fan coil units.
Review and ensure Design ductwork, piping systems, and controls for optimal performance and efficiency.
Monitor and coordinate the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
Inspect equipment and materials for quality and conformance.
Work closely and coordinate with contractors and other related contractors to ensure timely completion of the installation process.
Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of HVAC systems to verify proper operation and performance.
Identify and address any issues or deficiencies.
Ensure that the systems meet all regulatory requirements and energy efficiency standards.
Review and identify opportunities for energy savings and implement energy-efficient measures.
Analyze energy consumption data and recommend improvements.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in HVAC technology and energy efficiency.
